Contribution Structure

  • Employee Contribution: 12% of basic salary + DA

  • Employer Contribution: 12% (8.33% towards Pension Scheme & 3.67% towards EPF)

🧾 Documents Required

For Employer / Company:

  • PAN Card of the company

  • Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership Deed

  • Address proof of establishment

  • GST registration certificate (if applicable)

  • Specimen signature of authorized signatory

  • Bank account details of the company

For Employees:

  • Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name

  • Aadhaar Card and PAN

  • Salary details and joining date
