Import Export Code (IEC) issued by DGFT
PAN Card of the company/firm
Bank certificate or canceled cheque
Registration certificate of the business (Company / LLP / Partnership / Proprietorship)
Address proof of business premises
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of authorized signatory
Step-by-Step Registration Process
Visit the official APEDA website → https://www.apeda.gov.in
Click on “Register as Member”
Enter IEC code, email ID, and mobile number
Fill in all business details and upload required documents
Pay the registration fee (₹5,000 + GST) online
After verification, APEDA issues the RCMC Certificate (valid for 5 years)
