Contribution Structure

  • Employer Contribution: 3.25% of employee’s wages

    • Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership Deed

    • GST registration (if applicable)

    • Address proof of establishment

    • Employee details (name, salary, joining date, etc.)

Step-by-Step Registration Process

  1. Visit the ESIC Portalhttps://www.esic.gov.in

  2. Click on “Employer Login” → “Sign Up” to create an account

  3. Fill in establishment and employee details

  4. Upload required documents

  5. Submit application and receive 17-digit Employer Code Number

  6. Generate Employee Insurance Numbers (IP Numbers) for each covered employee
