  2. Director Identification Number (DIN)

  3. Name Approval via SPICe+ Part A (name must reflect parent company’s identity)

  4. Draft MOA & AOA defining the subsidiary relationship

  5. Filing SPICe+ Part B along with all supporting documents

  6. ROC Verification & Approval

  7. Certificate of Incorporation (COI) issued by ROC
